The service celebrating Sarah's life is at St Mary's Church, Old Amersham on Friday 27th September 2024 at 12:30 pm, followed by tea and coffee at The Swan, High Street, Old Amersham during which time Sarah's immediate family will go with Sarah to Amersham Crematorium for a short, private committal service.  The family will then join you at The Swan around 2.15pm for a light buffet.
